Liam Winters

Liam Winters is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Development Manager for Bike MS at the National MS Society since August 2022. Previously, Winters held the position of Senior Development Coordinator for Strategic Alliances & Development at NAMI, where significant contributions included conducting over 60 research briefs, providing detailed assessments of the mental health community's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and managing comprehensive database systems to facilitate grant-writing processes. Additional experience includes roles as a Research and Policy Analyst for NC House Representative Ray Russell, an Adjunct Professor at Appalachian State University, and a Public Policy Intern at the National MS Society. Winters holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Appalachian State University.
