Marlo Barrera

Marlo Barrera is a seasoned consultant and certified professional coach with extensive experience in program design, facilitation, culture audits, and coaching. Currently leading Marlo Barrera Consulting and actively serving on the Board of Directors for the National Network of Abortion Funds, Marlo also facilitates programs for ThinkHuman and supports clients through Catalyst:Ed by providing culture and leadership, strategic planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion guidance. Previously, Marlo held significant roles including Director of Programs at 4.0 and Program Director for the Reproductive Justice Action Collective, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving reproductive health and youth leadership. Marlo's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Oberlin College and a coaching certification from Blooming Willow Coaching.
