Mike Porath

Mike Porath is the Director at National Organization for Rare Disorders. Mike previously worked as EVP, Programming at SpinMedia, where they managed a portfolio of more than 30 leading digital properties in pop culture including 120-person staff. Prior to that, they were the Editor-in-Chief at AOL News, where they managed AOL News properties and a team of more than 100 staff and freelance journalists. Mike has also worked as an Independent Journalist, where they were awarded a yearlong fellowship to report on youth culture and fundamentalism in Saudi Arabia, which included running the national desk at The Saudi Gazette, an English language newspaper in the kingdom.

Mike Porath graduated from William & Mary with a BA in English and Psychology.
