Molly Graham

Molly Graham is currently an advisor at the NATIONAL OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP SCHOOL. Prior to that, they were with Cityblock Health as an operating advisor from June 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they worked with various companies in interim executive roles from December 2018 to December 2020. These companies include start-ups like Lambda School, SocialCode, Seesaw Learning, Athos, and more. From June 2018 to October 2020, Molly was also a board member at Fundera, which was sold to NerdWallet in 2020.

Previously, Molly served as the VP of operations at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative from February 2017 to March 2018. Prior to that, they were the chief operating officer at Quip from May 2013 to August 2016. Molly started their career at Facebook in June 2008 as the director of mobile and later became the manager of culture and employment branding in 2010. Molly left Facebook in 2012.

Molly Graham graduated with a BA in Theirtory and International Relations from Wesleyan University. Molly then attended Milton Academy for a year before transferring to the School for International Training. After completing their studies there, they took a gap year to travel and work before attending The Mountain School.
