Claire Pedersen

Claire Pedersen is an experienced research technician currently working at SpaceTREx Laboratory, focusing on astrobiological and agricultural systems while leading the Lunar Ark team. Additional roles include serving as an interim building manager at the University of Arizona's Drake Building and acting as a substitute teacher for Tucson Unified School District. Claire has a background as a program instructor for the Girl Scouts of Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, leading various outdoor activities, and has held previous positions in research and laboratory support at prestigious institutions, including NASA and Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Arizona and has completed several certificates related to fusion energy and plasma physics.
