Toufic MacHnouk

Toufic Machnouk is an experienced business executive in the railway industry, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at the National Railway Museum since February 2022, contributing to the Vision 2025 plans. In a long-term role at Network Rail since September 2006, Toufic has progressed through various leadership positions. As the Director of Industry Partnership for Digital Railway, responsibilities include overseeing a multi-billion-pound modernization initiative focused on enhancing safety, efficiency, and passenger benefits. Previous roles at Network Rail include Programme Director for the east coast digital railway programme, Senior Programme Manager for the Signalling Systems Programme on Crossrail, and Project Manager for significant infrastructure projects.
