Mark Scheibe

Mark Scheibe joined Heartland Electric in 2018 as CEO after 12 years in distribution engineering and later as director of Engineering at Maquoketa Valley EC in Iowa. He is a trustee and executive committee member for Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. chairs Kansas Electric Cooperatives’ Loss Control, Safety, and Compliance Committee. Scheibe holds a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
