Lisa Scott

Lisa Scott, PhD (c), MS, MSHS, CRA, currently serves as the Deputy Division Director at the National Science Foundation's Division of Grants and Agreements since February 2022, overseeing the management of NSF's substantial annual grant issuance. Lisa is also an SES QRB Board Member for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, evaluating Executive Core Qualifications for potential Senior Executive Service candidates. Previous roles include Director of the Division of Policy, Coordination and Analysis at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and various leadership positions at FEMA and USDA's National Institute of Food and Agriculture. Lisa holds multiple degrees including a Doctorate in Health Services and has participated in notable leadership programs, enhancing competencies essential for executive roles in government.
