Chris Molina is a seasoned leadership facilitator currently engaged with the National Student Leadership Conference and serves as a board member for the Krannert Military Association's Advisory Group. As an engaging speaker for ForCollegeForLife, Chris educates diverse audiences on topics such as leadership, military-friendliness, and code-switching. A best-selling author, Chris penned "I'm in a Leadership Role, Now What?"—a practical guide for college students to enhance their leadership skills. In addition, Chris hosts the Professional By Choice podcast, interviewing professionals and sharing insights on effective leadership. Chris's professional history includes roles at John Deere, where significant contributions were made in cost management and supply chain processes. Educationally, Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Purdue University and an Associate's degree from Columbia College.
