Stephen Marshall

Stephen Marshall possesses extensive experience in academia and advisory roles, currently serving as an Advisory Group Member at University West and as an Emeritus Professor and Professor of Image Processing at University of Strathclyde since 1986. Additionally, Stephen holds the position of Visiting Professor at University of Dubai and operates as an Exec Team member and Global Ambassador for the Vertically Integrated Project Program with VIP Consortium. Stephen contributes to the Designing Futures Advisory Board at National University of Ireland, Galway, and has been involved with Nuffield Health as a Sports Club Member since 2015. Previously, Stephen served as an External Examiner at University of St Andrews until July 2024. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Image Processing from University of Strathclyde, an Exchange Visitor degree from University of Rhode Island, and a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Nottingham.
