Vincent Wijaya

Vincent Wijaya is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Application Management Services Analyst at the National University of Singapore since September 2024. Prior to this role, Vincent held the position of IT Project Lead at GRIP Principle Pte. Ltd., where successful management of international B2B and B2C SaaS projects was achieved. Responsibilities included stakeholder communication and documentation support. Additionally, Vincent contributed to the startup's operations by developing standard operating procedures for the support department. As Information Technology Specialist Team Lead at PT. Federal Investindo, Vincent successfully launched a loyalty app for Mega Mall Batam Centre and aligned stakeholder strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Early career experience includes roles as an IT Repair Engineer at PT Duta Computer. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Information Systems from Universitas Internasional Batam and BINUS University, and a Vocational High School Diploma in Multimedia from SMK Kartini Batam.
