Ashley Lang

Ashley Lang is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Human Resources Business Partner at National Veterinary Associates since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley held multiple positions at SmileDirectClub from January 2019 to April 2023, including Director of People & Organization Business Partner for Technology & HR and various roles focused on finance and marketing. Ashley began a career in human resources as a Support Specialist at High Point University from July 2016 to December 2018. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with minors in Finance and Sales from High Point University, as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, and has complemented this education with a study abroad experience in Global Business.
