Cheryl Soper

Cheryl Soper, GBA is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in employee benefits management. As the Sr. Director of Benefits on the Total Rewards Team at National Veterinary Associates since July 2020, Cheryl Soper has been instrumental in establishing new departmental infrastructure and overseeing benefits for over 38,000 employees across more than 1,000 locations. Prior to this role, Cheryl Soper served as Sr. Consultant and Director of Client Services at Piper Jordan, LLC, where responsibility included enhancing the overall client experience in Health & Welfare Consulting. From June 2003 to October 2018, Cheryl Soper held the position of Vice President of Benefits at CKE Restaurants, Inc., managing a wide array of health and welfare plans and retirement programs. Additionally, Cheryl Soper is currently pursuing a Virtual Foundations of Compensation program through SHRM.
