Sean Whited

Sean Whited currently serves as the Head of Early Career and Strategic DVM Recruiting at National Veterinary Associates, leading campus and strategic recruitment across North America with a focus on veterinary medicine programs. Previously, Sean held the role of Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition at Boston Consulting Group, overseeing campus recruiting initiatives and optimizing team structures. Extensive experience in talent acquisition comes from a decade at Oracle, where Sean progressed through various roles from Recruiter to Director, driving campus recruiting strategies and managing significant recruitment volumes. Sean holds an MBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a BA in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross.
