Alex Wilkes

Alex Wilkes has extensive experience in the optical retail and consulting industries, currently serving as the President of National Vision Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Alex was the President of the Americas at CooperVision from June 2022 to September 2024. Alex's tenure at Luxottica spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included overseeing the strategic direction of Pearle Vision and leading initiatives at LensCrafters as Vice President of Vision Care and Senior Director of Strategy. Alex also has a background in management consulting, having worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture and as a Consultant at Deloitte. Alex holds a BA in Economics and German from the University of Iowa.
