Micha Poelman

Micha Poelman is an experienced professional with a strong background in social services and culinary arts. Currently serving as a researcher at De Nationale Ombudsman since November 2021, Micha previously worked as a youth protector at Jeugdbescherming Rotterdam Rijnmond from November 2018 to November 2021. Prior to that, Micha held chef positions at Gastrobar Post and Restaurant Kwiezien from June 2016 to October 2018 and July 2008 to June 2016, respectively. Micha also completed an internship at Society Impact in 2014, focusing on the promotion and innovation of social entrepreneurship in the Netherlands. Academically, Micha holds a Master of Science in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University and has additional studies at the University of Amsterdam.
