Sonja Pijnenburg

Sonja Pijnenburg is currently serving as a Privacy Officer at De Nationale Ombudsman since October 2023. Previously, Sonja worked as a Data Privacy Consultant at Data Trust Associates from June 2018 to April 2023 and held the position of Interim Privacy Counsel at DPA Professionals from June 2017 to May 2018. Sonja's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law & Technology from Tilburg University, along with a Post-Bachelor degree in Research Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. In August 2023, Sonja completed a course at the Academie voor mediationopleidingen.
