Greg Hamilton

Greg Hamilton serves as a Board Member at Northumberland Community Bank since June 2022, focusing on community growth, financial wellbeing, and organizational sustainability. At Nationwide Building Society, Greg holds the role of Programme Director and previously served as Head of Business Operations and Head of Customer Experience, leading strategic change, process improvements, and operational excellence. Prior experience includes several vice president roles at Barclays, where Greg developed fraud strategy, retail strategy, customer experience, and workforce planning initiatives. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Leeds Beckett University, obtained in 2011.
