Elizabeth Duncan

Elizabeth Duncan, MBA, CFE, serves as AVP of Staff Administration and Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Nationwide since January 2020, previously leading operations for the Sponsor Relations team. With a career at Nationwide Financial from 2013 to 2020, Elizabeth held multiple roles, including Consultant in Process Management and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included supporting strategic initiatives and managing life disbursements processing teams. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Nationwide Insurance in various capacities related to claims processing and operations. Elizabeth began their professional journey as an intern with the YWCA Columbus, contributing to leadership development programs for high school students. Elizabeth holds an MBA in Leadership from Ohio Dominican University and a BS in Food Business Management from The Ohio State University.
