Laura Gutierrez, CLCS, MBA, is an accomplished insurance professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Casualty Core Claims at Nationwide since February 2002. In this role, Laura leads the strategic direction of the General Liability Casualty Core claim department, focusing on managing claim exposures and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Previous titles at Nationwide include Business Development Director and Senior Territory Manager, where responsibilities included driving small business growth and collaborating with agency partners. Prior to Nationwide, Laura held several positions at 21st Century Insurance, gaining expertise in casualty claims management and business development.
