The Sourcing and Procurement Team at Natra is responsible for securing high-quality ingredients and materials necessary for chocolate production. This team negotiates with and manages relationships with suppliers to ensure the best terms, quality, and sustainability of cocoa and other raw materials. They also oversee the procurement of capital expenditures (Capex), energy, and various general necessities (Genex), ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to ethical and environmental standards. The team plays a crucial role in maintaining the uninterrupted and sustainable supply chain that supports Natra’s global operations.
