Prior roles include Tour Leader at Naturetrek, Conservation Partner and Founding Member at Bagh Foundation, and Deputy Editor at TigerLink, where crucial insights on tiger conservation were provided. Additionally, Aditya held the position of Assistant Editor overseeing tiger-related news and served as a Naturalist at Flame of the Forest Safari Lodge, showcasing expertise in guest hosting and safari guiding.
