Olivia Payne is an experienced manager currently serving as the Manager of Claims for the Earthquake Commission (EQC), where responsibilities include leading the Southern Response Agency Agreement and managing a team handling a portfolio of 400 claims. Initially seconded to address challenges within the Construction team, this role transitioned into a permanent position due to past successes in team restructuring.
