Kate Adams

Kate Adams is a skilled UX designer currently working at the Natural History Museum, focusing on enhancing the ticket booking experience and the online shop. With experience as a Senior Product Designer at Healios, Kate contributed to improving clinician appointment management while collaborating closely with a user researcher. Previously, as a Senior User Experience Designer at Sainsbury's, Kate played a key role in optimizing checkout and trolley experiences, engaging with cross-functional teams to present findings to senior leadership. Earlier roles include UI and UX design for TUI Group's Mobility hub, digital design at CrowdLab, and various positions in graphic design and jewellery design. Kate holds a BA in Textile Design from De Montfort University.
