Bruce Wisener

Bruce Wisener is an accomplished sales operations leader with extensive experience in driving productivity and optimizing sales processes. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Nature's Way Farms since September 2022, Bruce manages key support functions crucial for the sales team. Previously, as Senior Director of Sales Operations at Costa Farms from January 2019 to August 2022, Bruce fostered team engagement and ownership of operations, impacting over 550 indirect reports. Bruce also held the role of General Manager at Gardenvision, overseeing all aspects of a merchandising service organization, and gained managerial experience at Builder's Square. Bruce holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Southwest Florida College and pursued studies at the University of Southern California from 1983 to 1987.
