NLI’s passion for excellence begins with our founder, Prakash Purohit. During his 18 year tenure as Executive Vice President of R&D for Aveda he launched over 400 products which became the benchmark for the beauty industry.Today as the President of NLI, Prakash provides the vision, leadership, and direction for both our domestic and international R&D laboratories. Our team strives to identify new technologies for today’s evolving market trends, utilizing multiple patents revolving around essential oils, and raising the bar by researching new raw materials and developing unique proprietary manufacturing processes.

While NLI began as a boutique manufacturer in a big industry, creating niche brands for celebrity hairstylists, today we are a major player in the beauty industry, launching unique brands for our diverse clients. Our new 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility follows the strictest GMP guidelines, is FDA registered and is in the process of obtaining an Organic certification.
