Carly Waller

Carly Waller is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational transformation, currently serving as the Head of People Transformation at NatWest Group since January 2021. Prior roles at NatWest Group include Culture Framework & Performance Management Lead and Organisation, Skills & Culture Programme Lead. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Business Change (Director) at NatWest Markets from December 2008 to January 2021, and as Senior HR Business Partner at RBS from November 2003 to November 2008. Carly began the career at KPMG as an HR Manager from 1998 to 2003. Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Strategy at London Guildhall University, with studies ongoing since October 2001.
