Chetan Arora

Chetan Arora is an experienced leader in the banking and IT sectors, currently serving as Director at NatWest Group since July 2021. With a long tenure at RBS Business Services Pvt Ltd starting in July 2008, Chetan has held several key positions including IT Programme Manager, where responsibilities included leading a significant Payments Transformation Programme to modernize banking payment systems, and earlier roles such as Test Manager and IT Team Lead, focusing on testing excellence and online banking delivery. Prior experience at Birlasoft from 2002 to 2008 included roles as System Analyst and Project Leader. Chetan's educational background includes an Engineer’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from UP Technical University and advanced studies in computer technology from C-DAC, NOIDA.
