Haley Cowan has an extensive background in strategic programmes and innovation management within the financial sector. Currently holding the position of Head of Innovation Office at NatWest Group, Haley has previously served as Chief of Staff and Head of Performance & Business Management (Design) at NatWest Group, as well as in a leadership role focused on People & Engagement at RBS. Additional experiences include involvement in international assignments related to fintech innovation and serving as Strategic Business Lead for Strategy & Architecture in the Executive Office.
