Hazel Thompson

Hazel Thompson is a seasoned Programme Director with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently leading delivery for new Customer Goals at NatWest Group since September 2020. Prior roles include Head of Project Implementation within the Commercial Bank and multiple programme directorate positions at RBS, where responsibilities encompassed delivery leading for key initiatives such as ringfencing and corporate banking. Hazel also held senior roles in product management, focusing on loans and mortgages, and has been instrumental in various business change programmes. Educationally, Hazel attended Bewdley High School from 1983 to 1987.
