Sharon Midwinter

Sharon Midwinter is an experienced professional in the field of pensions and employee benefits. Currently serving as Wellbeing and Benefits Lead at NatWest Group since July 2019, Sharon previously held significant roles including Benefits Lead and Trustee Pension Manager at RBS from August 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities included actuarial negotiations, managing global pension liabilities, and coordinating accounting disclosures. Prior to RBS, Sharon worked at PwC as a Pensions Actuary from October 2004 to July 2012, providing advice to corporate and trustee clients on pension obligations and supporting audit processes. Sharon holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Derby Online Learning and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics from Heriot-Watt University.
