Simran Kaur, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with a BA and MSc, currently serves as an Early Talent Consultant at NatWest Group, leading assessment centres and managing the candidate offer journey, engagement, and onboarding since September 2022.
