Elissa Reitz, MSOL, currently serves as Program Manager of Learning & Talent Development at The Plastek Group, where since 2018, strategic planning has led to the establishment of a global training and development department impacting over 1,500 employees across multiple countries. Prior experience includes roles as Program Trainer and Learning Developer at Erie Yacht Club, where training operations improvements were proposed, as well as Program Manager and Co-Founder of Fresh Face Forward at Mercyhurst University, focusing on community education and public health initiatives. Elissa also contributed as Project Manager for a sustainability program in Germany and Switzerland and developed operational training programs at Outback Steakhouse.
