Stephen Baldinelli

Stephen Baldinelli is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and financial advisory roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Navacord since November 2023, Stephen has extensive experience at Canada Life, where tenure began in March 2013, encompassing various roles including Financial Advisor, National Recruitment Consultant, Director Advisor Experience/Branch Manager, and Director Business Development. Prior experience includes teaching at Niagara Catholic District School Board from January 2009 to January 2013 and playing in the Italian Baseball League with the Italian Baseball Softball Players Association in 2008. Stephen holds a degree from Niagara University, where participation in NCAA Division 1 Baseball was noted, and additionally studied at Mercyhurst University.
