Eugene Kuznetsov

Eugene Kuznetsov currently serves as the Deputy Chief Digital and AI Officer at the DoD Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office since June 2024. Simultaneously, Eugene holds the position of CTO (HQE) at the Naval Special Warfare Command, focusing on critical technology challenges pertinent to national security since March 2021. Previously, Eugene co-founded Commure, acting as CTO from August 2017 to December 2020, where efforts included establishing the technology vision and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Eugene also held key roles at Salesforce as VP for Product in IoT Cloud and Thunder, and served on the Board of Advisors for Veracode prior to its acquisition by CA. Earlier career highlights include founding DataPower Technology, which was acquired by IBM, along with leadership roles at Abine, Gizmox, and Charles River Ventures. Educational credentials include a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
