Mars Dukes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nuclear operations and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant at Navarro Research and Engineering since December 2023, Mars has previously held roles including Project Manager at SIMCO, LLC, and Initiative Sustainability Manager at Nuclear Waste Partnership, LLC. Mars's experience spans various positions, such as Waste Handling Operations Manager and Conduct of Operations Manager at NWP, along with mentoring roles in nuclear operations. Additional experience includes serving as NDA Field Operations Deputy Manager at Pajarito Scientific Corp, and holding leadership positions in conduct of operations and waste processing at Omega Technical Services and Wastren Advantage Inc., respectively.
