Deborah Moor

Deborah Moor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Head of International & Navata Canada at Navata since May 2024, Deborah previously held roles such as Independent Consultant & Principal Broker at DLM Consulting and Director at Lighthouse For Grieving Children and Families. With significant contributions to various organizations, including serving as Chair at ADAPT and VP and Branch Manager at Houston International Insurance Group, Deborah has demonstrated leadership in start-up operations, regulatory compliance, product development, and governance. A former President of Lloyd's Canada, Deborah managed strategic initiatives for the Lloyd's insurance market and played a critical role in financial strength ratings and investor relations. Deborah holds a BA (Hons) in Applied Economics from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University.
