Currently serving as Account Director at NAVEX Global since September 2019, Chio previously held the position of Senior Strategic Account Manager at Best Buy from March 2003 to August 2019, overseeing Business, Commercial, and Educational sales and enhancing technology acquisition for clients. During time as a Retail Manager, Chio managed over $45 million in sales, improved customer satisfaction, and led a team of more than 90 employees.
