Frederick Arnold

Frederick Arnold is the current director at Navient. Frederick has also served on the boards of FS KKR Capital Corp, Navient, Syncora Holdings Ltd, Convergex, Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., Metropolitan Gaming Holdco Ltd., and M3-Brigade Acquisition III Corp. In June 2020, they joined the board of The We Company (WeWork) and is a member of the new committee. Frederick Arnold served as the chairman of Corporate Capital Trust from January 2011 to December 2018.

Frederick Arnold began their educational career by earning a BA in Economics from Amherst College. Frederick then went on to earn a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from The Queen's College, Oxford. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School.
