Jose Duran

Jose Duran has extensive experience in marine engineering, currently serving as Jefe de Máquinas and previously as Primer Oficial de Máquinas at Naviera Armas S.A. since 2014, specifically on the V. Del Tijarafe vessel. Prior roles include Engine Cadet positions at Knutsen OAS Shipping AS and Teekay Corporation, along with practical experience at Remolcanosa SA and a Thermal Power Station. Duran holds a Licentiate degree in Marine Engineering from Universidade da Coruña and an Engineer's degree in Ingeniería Marina from E.T.S. Náutica y Máquinas in A Coruña, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the University of A Coruña.
