Richa Sharma is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with over 18 years of experience, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Learning & Development at Navisite, part of Accenture, since December 2021. At Navisite, Richa is responsible for strategic planning, training program development, and leadership development initiatives that align with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Richa worked at HCL Technologies from March 2005 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Learning & Development team for major projects like CISCO, designing and facilitating various training programs, and overseeing communication and process audits.
