Rita Mastrantone

Rita Mastrantone is a seasoned event management professional with extensive experience in the arts and construction industries. Currently serving as the National Event Manager at the National Association of Women in Construction (Australia National) since June 2022, Rita has also worked as a self-employed Event Producer since April 2019. Prior roles include Event Project Manager and Event Manager at the Sydney Theatre Company, along with several positions at the National Institute of Dramatic Art, where Rita held the roles of Manager, External Relations and Executive Officer. Additional experience includes working as a Project Officer in Marketing and Audience Development at Arts South Australia and as Program Manager at Carriageworks. Rita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of South Australia and an Executive Certificate in Event Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
