Candice Haynes is an experienced professional in youth basketball development and sports management. Currently serving as the Director of Youth Basketball Development at the National Basketball Association since March 2019, Candice has also held positions as Senior Manager and Domestic Youth Player Development Program Manager within the organization. With a strong foundation in sports and education, Candice founded the 360° Skills Academy in May 2007 and previously worked in various roles including Juvenile Justice Planner/Mayor’s Youth Academy Program Manager for the City of Richmond, Director of Queens Connect at Queens Community House, and Senior Program Manager at Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation. Educationally, Candice holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks & Sports Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
