Valerie Kramer

Valerie (Pearcy) Kramer is an accomplished strategy and operations executive with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as EVP and Chief Digital Officer at NBH Bank since October 2011. With a strong focus on finance, operations strategy, and M&A, Valerie has demonstrated expertise in Payments, FinTech strategy, and vertical penetration. Previous roles include SVP and Managing Director of Treasury Management & Client Solutions at NBH Bank, as well as positions at Bank Midwest, First National Bank of Omaha, and Commerce Bank, where Valerie developed solutions to enhance cash flow efficiency. Valerie has also contributed to community service as a board member at The Rehabilitation Institute of Kansas City and participated in the Centurions Leadership Program. Valerie holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
