Dean Smiles

Dean Smiles is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Program Specialist for the Aerial and Inspection and Maintenance Program at nbn® Australia since February 2016, Dean has held various leadership roles including Operations Team Lead and Team Leader for National Performance. Prior to this, Dean worked as a Field Team Manager at ISGM - ISG Management Pty. Ltd. and held positions such as Team Manager and Telstra Communications Technician at Telstra from 1999 to 2013. Dean holds a Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations from PPS College and completed the Higher School Certificate at Pendle Hill High School.
