Jacquie Spearman

Jacquie Spearman, PMP, is an experienced professional in government contracting and business consulting, currently serving as the Director of the North Carolina Government Contracting Assistance Program at NC SBTDC since March 2019. With a strong background in business counseling, Jacquie has provided one-on-one coaching to North Carolina businesses, covering various counties and focusing on winning in the government marketplace. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Management Consultant at APG Consulting LLC and as a Business Advisor for the Indiana Small Business Development Center. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Innovation and Growth Strategies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Supervision Technology from Purdue University.
