Laura Backus Hall

Laura Backus Hall currently serves as the Executive Director of State Relations at NCCI, having held various roles within the company since January 2004, including Senior State Relations Executive and State Relations Executive. Prior to NCCI, Hall was the Director of Workers' Compensation and a Market & Insurance Analyst for the State of Vermont from September 1999 to January 2004. Hall earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from Villanova University between 2014 and 2017, and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, obtained from 1978 to 1982.
