Susan Voss

Susan Voss is the current Director at NCCI. Susan has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years, starting as an Insurance Consultant at Voss Consulting. In 1993, they started working at the Iowa Insurance Division as a Project Manager and was promoted to Deputy Insurance Commissioner in 1999. Susan represented the Division and Commissioner at the NAIC on issues of importance to the state, successfully balancing and managing the annual budget of the Division. In 2005, they left the Iowa Insurance Division to work as Vice President of Government Affairs at American Enterprise Group, Inc. Susan has also served on the Board of Directors for United Fire Group.

Susan Voss graduated from Simpson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory and then went on to Gonzaga University School of Law where they earned their J.D.
