Amit Acharya

Amit Acharya is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in product management and innovation. Currently serving as VP of Product Retail Checkout at NCR Voyix since January 2024, Amit's previous roles include mentorship positions at Venture Out Startups and Plug and Play Tech Center, and directing product strategies at NCR Corporation for Retail (Self) Checkout. Prior experience includes leading product initiatives at IBM across various divisions, where Amit managed significant portfolios and achieved market leadership with products such as API Connect. Amit holds an MBA from Duke University and a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, along with a Bachelor's in Instrumentation and Control from The L.D. College of Engineering.
