Michelle Poh

Michelle Poh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership management and business development. Currently a Manager at NCS Group since May 2018, Michelle focuses on developing and implementing local and regional alliance strategies, negotiating partner agreements, and driving enablement and marketing programs to foster healthy partnerships and generate new business leads. Prior to this role, Michelle served as a Wedding Planner at Hitched Weddings & Parties, where expertise in client relations and event execution was honed, and as a Business Development Manager at The Red Petals Florist, managing sales inquiries and vendor negotiations. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Sales Manager at Amara Hotels & Resorts, overseeing a sales team and executing bridal shows, and as a Marketing Executive at Marshall Cavendish, coordinating marketing promotions. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
